Sorouh obtains ministerial decree on Egypt new capital’s Entrada
Sorouh Developments announced that it has obtained the ministerial decree No. 1134 on its flagship Entrada Compound, located in Egypt’s new capital.
Sorouh is a shareholding company comprising a number of Egyptian and Arab investors, who implemented more than 250 real estate projects in Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
The fully-fledged residential project will be implemented over 72 feddans within four years, with total investments of 9 billion Egyptian pounds ($503 million), the company’s board member Walaa Alami said on Sunday.
“Entrada is set to include a number of apartments and duplexes besides 3,000 housing units, with spaces ranging between 115 square metres and 250 square metres,” Alami said. The project means entrance in English.
