Special unit for Egypt’s vehicle manufacturing taxation procedures

The Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) has created a central unit to simplify customs and tax procedures for companies in the vehicle manufacturing sector.

This initiative seeks to assist companies engaged in vehicle assembly and supply by streamlining procedures at customs ports and tax offices. Additionally, the unit reports directly to the Minister of Finance and is dedicated to addressing challenges within the industry.
