Tasweeq to open its Banha City Mall in March 2017

Egypt-based Tasweeq Shopping Malls Company is to inaugurate its Banha City Mall project in March 2017, its managing director Mohamed Galal said Sunday.

The project is implemented through only one phase in Banha, 48 km north of Cairo, with total investments worth 100 million Egyptian Pounds (US$12 million).

In an exclusive statement to Amwal Al Ghad, Galal noted that the investors are quite eager to carry out commercial malls in Egypt’s governorates backed by market studies that confirmed the increase of the purchasing powers of the citizens there.

Furthermore, the project is implemented on an area of 400 .000 metres, includes 80 stores in addition to a residential tower.

TSM is managing a land portfolio worth one billion Egyptian Pounds, in addition to number of investments projects.
