Taylor Swift, the American singer and songwriter, announced on Thursday the release date of her album 1989 Taylor’s Version to on October 27th.
The announcement was made during the last concert in the U.S. during her Eras World Tour. Taylor added on her Instagram account that “this is my most favorite rerecording I have ever done.”
The superstar announced that the album will include five tracks from the vault which have not been heard before.
According to Taylor, the album’s vault tracks are “so insane” to the point that she cannot believe she never released them.
The album was first released in 2014 and included some of Taylor’s most famous hits such as Blank Space and Shake It Off.
Taylor is currently rerecording six of her old albums, after their copyrights were sold to Scooter Braun who she called a “bully”.
It is worth mentioning that Taylor has released her versions of Fearless, Red, and Speak Now so far.
