The Egyptian Company for data transfer TE Data, a subsidiary of Telecom Egypt (TE), has held on Monday its annual forum to discuss its strategy plan for 2013, which stresses customer’s satisfaction seeking to facilitate their access to the advanced services.
Tamer Jadallah, managing director of TE Data said the forum comes within the communication with the employees , opens dialogue channels with them encouraging them to participate in TE Data’s future strategies.
Jadallah has affirmed the importance of making the customer feel that he is a partner in taking decisions so as to be innovative and creative in providing services and solutions enjoy high quality and meet with the growth needs of the customers.
Human Resources Director, Tamer Shalaby has added that the number of TE Data’s employees reached 2900 employees aim to meet with all the needs and demands of the customers, the repaid solution for all the problems which they have faced and provide all supports needs to achieve the highest rate satisfaction of all customers.
Shalaby has indicated that the communication and activation between the employees and heads contribute to increasing the belongingness to TE Data, explaining that the forum has exposed a various achievements for the company within 2012.
