Eng. Mohamed Al-Nawawi, CEO of Telecom Egypt (TE), has denied receiving any threatens regarding the restore to the international arbitration against it in case of obtaining the integrated operator license from the international firms operating in mobile phone market in Egypt.
Al-Nawawi added on the sidelines of press conference today, that TE provided mobile phone services in the period ranging between 1998-2002 .
It is worth mentioning that Vodafone Global , the owner of Vodafone Egypt and France Telecom, the owner for the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil)-(EMOB.CA) , started to take its procedures for restoring to the international arbitration if TE will obtain the integrated operator license.
