Tel Aviv airport traffic drops in Q3 ’23
Airport traffic in Israel’s Tel Aviv dropped during the last three months of 2023 in light of the attacks on Gaza, Reuters reported on Sunday.
Despite rising by 38.6 per cent in the first nine months of the year, the air traffic slipped by 78 per cent in November and 71 per cent in December.
This comes as almost all foreign carriers suspended trips to and from Israel as a result of the continuing attacks.
In December, only seven foreign carriers flew to Israel, as the state grapples with the ongoing crisis.
The Israeli aggression on Gaza has so far killed more than 25,000 civilians.
