Telecom Egypt, Egypt’s main Telephone company, has declared extending the collection period for paying off landline bills of July 2012 without administrative fees until 6 September instead of the end of this August.
Eng. Mohamed El Nawawy, CEO and Managing Director of Telecom Egypt, stated that the company’s decision to extend the collection period without imposing administrative fees aims at helping the citizens who did not have a chance to pay their bills during Radman, or due to the feast holiday.
Eng. Said El Gharabawi, Vice President of Commercial Affairs, said the company has allowed receiving the bills through a number of ways; the company’s branches,
external collection points in clubs, trade unions, post offices, customer service centers, Khadmaty centers, online payment via the company’s website, in addition to Fawry service, which is a payment service through supermarkets and ATMs.
