Taiwan officially announced on Sunday its participation in the 17th round of Cairo ICT 2013 Conference and exhibition which is one of the most important exhibitions in the Middle East and Africa.
Eng. Atef Helmy, the Egyptian Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Minister will be opening the conference today accompanied by several African and Arab Ministers. More than 30 Taiwanese firms operating in ICT field will take part in the conference today under the sponsorship of Taiwan’s Economic Affairs and External Trade Development Council Taiwan ‘Tenza’.
Taiwan businessmen will offer their products including computers and electronic devices in order to encourage the customers to buy goods.
As Cairo ICT 2013 opens its doors for top officials from Africa and the Arab World, experts from around the globe, sponsors from the industry, exhibitors from different ICT directions and visitors from all walks of life, the parade of ICT products and services will take this region one step further. Success can only be measured by the ability to connect on the human level through interaction, bilateral and multilateral agreement, conferences and seminars to bring this understanding of a direction we are all heading to.
