Textile Council Attained EGP1.4 bln Exports In Q1 Of 2013

The Textile Export Council in Egypt succeeded in achieving high exports values in the first quarter of 2013, recording EGP 1.4 billion by the end of March.

According to sources in the Foreign Trade sector, the exports of the Textile Export Council climbed 20% during the first quarter of 2013, compared to EGP 1.2 billion at the same time in 2012.

The total export target of the council in the first quarter is only EGP 750 million, while the total target by the end of 2013 is EGP 3.48 billion.
