Thailand’s tourism industry is rebounding with over 17.5 million foreign tourists visiting in the first half of 2024, bringing in more than THB825 billion ($22.6 billion) in revenue, according to Thailand’s Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) reported that tourists from China, Malaysia, India, South Korea, and Russia topped the list of visitor arrivals during the period.
The final week of June saw a 2.98 per cent increase in international arrivals compared to the previous week, with over 660,000 tourists visiting the country.
