Three property fairs underway in Upper Egypt

Egypt’s Thiqa Company for Real Estate says it targets arranging three exhibitions in a number of Upper Egypt cities in within the coming period.

The first real estate exhibition will be held in Beni Suef within November 2017, followed by it second in Minya, and then in Assuit.

Mohammed Al Dahshouri, Thiqa’s chairman, said Wednesday that his company plans expansions into some cities neighbouring Cairo and coastal areas as well as new cities in Upper Egypt.

Al Dahshouri further clarified that Upper Egypt’s governorates includes giant investment opportunities in the county’s real estate sector.
