TMI Egypt to increase readymade garments exports to $40 mln in 2020

TMI Egypt, part of India’s ready-made garments firm TCW Trend, plans to boost its exports between $35-$40 million within 2020, its director keyur Parekh said on Thursday.

The company exports its ready-made garments products to several countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, and Hong Kong, Parekh added.

The value of TMI Egypt’s annual exports ranged between $25 million and $30 million during the last years, he said.

Operating since 2007, TMI Egypt has one factory for ready-made garments in Alexandria on a space of 5,215 square metres. The company exports half a million garments per month.
