Egypt targets Florence-Hurghada direct Airline Route

The Egyptian government is seeking to create a direct airline route between a key tourist city, Hurghda and the Italian city, Florence.

Egypt’s Minister of Tourism khaled Ramy has met today with an Italian delegation, aiming to enhance bilateral tourist ties between the two countries.

The meeting discussed the possibility of implementing a direct airline route between Florence and Hurghada and organising travel offers from both countries at special prices in favour of serving both the Egyptian and the Italian tourists.

The minister further reviewed the participation of ACF Fiorentina Sporting club in an Egyptian Italian tourist festival event to be held in Italy in the next few months as well as hosting an Italian festival in Egypt.
