The Japanese multinational conglomerate, Toshiba Corporation, is seeking to increase its business volume in Egypt to $100 million within the next year.
TEVA CEO Daisuki Arahata, the joint venture between Toshiba and Elaraby group named Toshiba El Araby Visual & Appliances Marketing Company (TEVA), s planning to increase the value of products exported from Egypt to 61 Arab, Asian and African countries during the next period.
The company also seeks to deepen the policy of locally manufactured products, Arahata added.
He added that the procedures and measures taken by the Egyptian government during the last period has increased the attractiveness of the local market to cajole more investments, and raise the local components ratios in various industrial products.
