Ahmed Galal, Chairman of IBIA (International Business & Investment Association), has revealed that a number of Italian investors are about to sign contracts to transfer 17 factories to Egypt in the coming period.
In exclusive statements to “Amwal Al Ghad”, Galal said that IBIA is intensifying its negotiations with the Italian side to sign the first batch of contracts soon so that the construction processes in the factories could be started early.
IBIA’s Chairman has referred that transferring the Italian factories, which mostly operate in the engineering industries sector, will assist in transferring the Italian technology in a number of sectors in the Egyptian market to encourage the competitiveness on the Egyptian product and serve the rates of the industrial growth.
