Turkish Investors Demand Opening Turkish Bank In Egypt

Zaki Ekinci, Chairman of Turkish-Egyptian Businessmen Association (TUMİAD), called on the Egyptian government to cooperate with its Turkish counterpart to facilitate opening a branch of Turkish bank in the Egyptian market in the coming period.
The chairman told Amwal Al Ghad that opening a branch of Turkish bank in Egypt will contribute to facilitate the financial transactions for the Turkish investors in  Egypt, and stimulate new Turkish investors to enter the Egyptian market.
The Turkish investments in the Egyptian market recorded $1.5 billion, distributed on 210 Turkish companies, in which about 50.000 Egyptian workers work.
