Unimix Egypt Pumps EGP100mln Investments to Launch 3 plants Soon
Unimix Egypt for Ready Mix Concrete Company eyes injecting EGP100 million investments in order to finalise launching 3 new plants by the end of the current year.
General Manager of Unimix Eng. Ahmed Abdel Ghaffar explained that these plants will be in Giza, May15 Helwan and Port Said, stressing that when the 3 new plants launch, the production capacity will be doubled to million cubic meters from concrete annually instead of 500.000.
Unimix has 6 ready mix concrete plants in 6th of October, Nasr City, Ismailia, El-Hikestep and Gardenia.
Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad, Abdel Ghaffar noted that it is expected that the political and economic situations will improve during the second half of this year Herald the company’s ability to achieve EGP200 million sales in the ongoing year move up by 75% in compared to the last year.
These plants will accommodate 500.000 employees and it aims attaining expected sales through expanding internally.
