URGENT: Egypt raises private sector minimum wage to EGP 7,000

Under President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives, the National Wages Council announced an increase in the minimum wage for private sector employees to 7,000 Egyptian pounds, state news Channel Al-Oula reported on Sunday.
