U.S. stock market futures pushed higher on Tuesday, inspired by gains for Asia and Europe shares. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJM2 +0.84% rose 114 basis points, or nearly 1%, to 12,543, while futures for the S&P 500 index SPM2 +0.75% rose 13.70 basis points, or 1%, to 1,328.30.
Futures for the Nasdaq 100 NDM2 +0.99% rose 24.50 basis points, or 1%, to 2,548.50.
Commodity prices also rose as investors embraced perceived riskier assets, though concerns remained in places such as Spain, as the country’s 10-year bond yields remained elevated, according to Money Markets.
