Waifq: Real Estate Investments Needs Quick Refreshment

Dr.Tarek Wafiq, Minister of Housing and New Urban Communities, affirmed that the deterioration of real estate investment in Egypt due to the lack of complete maintenance will be placed on the agenda of priorities during the current period.

This was stated during the meeting held by Wafiq with the ministry leaders, stressing that the ministry will announce their tasks  and projects on a daily basis.

He also emphasized that they will handle the current building encroachments while working on preventing any future ones, in addition to preparing information maps that include all encroachments.

He added that they will give the priority to the projects that creates new job opportunities.
