Weather forecast in Egypt for Saturday

Meteorologists expected today hot weather throughout Egypt, notably in Upper Egypt.

Maximum temperatures predicted are 35C in Cairo, 34C in Alexandria, 35C in Qena, 36C in Luxor and in Aswan at 36C.

Mist affects visibility in the morning in the north and low and medium level cloud cover is predicted along the north coast.

Winds is mostly southwesterly, ranging in strength from between light to moderate. It is active in the west, accompanied by dust and may disrupt navigation.

Wave heights range between 2 to 2.5 meters high in the Mediterranean Sea, and between 1.5 to 2 meters high in the Red Sea. Surface wind will be northwesterly in both seas.
