YBA Architects in talks for housing projects in Egypt’s new capital, North Coast

Egypt’s Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (YBA) says it is negotiating with a property developer to advise on executing four residential flagships in the country’s new capital and North Coast.

The Egyptian real estate developer is Akam Developments that has three major projects in the new capital, YBA’s general manager Waleed Morsy announced on Saturday.

“YBA’s current business portfolio includes 18 giant residential, administrative, and commercial projects in Fifth Settlement district, new capital, and New Alamein City,” Morsy said.
