Egypt’s state-owned Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development said that it is developing its residential flagship, Palm Zahraa, with an expected cost of 200 million Egyptian pounds ($11.3 million).
“The project is being developed by six construction firms, including state-run Al-Abd, Rolin, and Atlas General Contracting and Real Estate Investments,” said a finance manager in Zahraa Maadi on Monday.
Palm Zahraa, located in Maadi area, will comprise of around 456 units besides 18 residential buildings that are set to be delivered within the second half of 2019, he added.
