Egyptian state-run firm wins utilities and road mandates in New Alamein City

One of the Egyptian state-owned firms has been assigned with executing a number of utilities and road flagships in New Alamein City, northwest of Cairo, within November 2017.

These projects are with value approaching one billion Egyptian pounds ($56.4 million).

A source with knowledge told Amwal al Ghad on Monday that nine private construction firms, which are working in New Alamein City, were also mandated to carry out some major projects within the first phase of New Alamein City.

These mandates will include more than five giant residential towers, at costs exceeding one billion pounds, the source further added.
