Exclusive to Amwal Al Ghad. Minister of Housing: No intention to partner with investors.

Dr. Fathi El Baradie, minister of housing, denied any government’s intention to enter into partnerships during the coming period with investors, whether local or international.

He assured “in exclusive statements to Amwal Al Ghad” that the government had intended to launch –in partnership with the private sector- new projects in Cairo and Sheikh Zayed district, where the government contributes to the project with 20% of the total cost of the project. Cash payments were decided but the government backed from the project due to the current economic situations.
