Suez Canal Authority (SCA) announced that 43 vessels from directions, north and south ones, passed through the canal, carrying 1.9 million tons weight.
The daily statement releases by the SCA stated that the number of vessels coming from the north direction is 24 ones at weight of 243.000 tons, while the number of vessels coming from the south direction is 19 ones at weight of 743.000 tons.
The statement added that the biggest vessel coming from the north is the Maltese AIN SNAN ship, which was coming from Belgium and heading to Saudi Arabia and at weight of 146.000 tons. Also the biggest vessel coming from the south direction was ZARGA ship, affiliated to Marshall Islands, which was coming from Qatar and heading to the United Kingdom and at weight of 166.000 tons.
