The official told Amwal Al Ghad that the council is currently negotiating with the Egyptian-Lebanese company that has been launched during ‘Egypt- Lebanon to Africa’ Initiative launched during the first quarter of 2016.
The Board of Director of CEC has formed a committee to study technical and financial offers submitted by the firms within days to choose the best offer, the official clarified.

He further pointed out that CEC targets enhancing sector’s exports to the European market since it is one of the most important markets for Egyptian chemical exports.
The council also plans entering the Russian market as it is coordinating with Egyptian embassy in Russia to organise a promotional campaign there, the chairman stated.
