The Palestinian Red Crescent (PRCS) announced on Tuesday that the total number of trucks which entered Gaza Strip since October 21 until now has reached 569 trucks, averaging about 33 trucks a day.
The relief trucks contained food, water, relief assistance, medical supplies and medications, while fuel has not been allowed to enter as of now, according to PRCS’s statement on X platform.
It is worth mentioning that the Israel initiated a deadly bombardment in southern Gaza, encircling Gaza City in the north, with over 10,000 Palestinians killed.
“It has been one full month of carnage, of incessant suffering, bloodshed, destruction, outrage and despair,” said the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, on Tuesday.
Yesterday, the Palestine Red Crescent teams received 93 trucks loaded with aid from the Egyptian Red Crescent through the Rafah crossing.
