Citi Bank said on Monday that it will share its experience and best practices on climate finance with Egyptian finance ministry and other ministries ahead of and during the upcoming COP27, which is due to take place in Sharm El-Sheikh in November.
The bank will showcase its expertise on the issue of climate finance throughout the Finance Day.
This will be part of the thematic debates held on the sidelines of COP27.
The Citi advisory team will be led by, Vice Chairman of Banking at Citi Bank Jay Collins. The team is consisting of multi-product global ESG and climate finance specialists.
Citi Bank is going to share global financial and structuring solutions specific to climate issues for the purpose of helping ministries benefit from different opportunities in meeting sustainable finance challenges.
