Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi called on world leaders to take immediate action to confront and find solutions for the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and stop the war, according to his speech at COP27.
He further pointed out that the world has suffered from corona crisis over the past years, and now developing countries are also suffering from the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
“We must work to stop the war because of its negative and destructive repercussions on all countries, not only the conflict states,” al-Sisi added.
The world’s largest and most important climate summit was launched in Sharm El Sheikh to discuss the planet’s fate and save it from environmental degradation.
