Tunisia’s trade deficit drops by $1bln in H1

Tunisia’s trade deficit dropped by 3.089 billion dinars ($1 billion) in first half of 2023 , said the state statistics institute on Wednesday.

The trade deficit was 8.686 billion dinars this year, down from 11.775 billion during the same time last year.

Tunisia at the moment is going through a rough stage in its economy.
