Egypt, Jordan to hold joint committee meeting on Monday

The joint Egyptian-Jordanian committee meeting is to be held on Monday in the Jordanian capital city of Amman.

The meeting is the Technical Committee of the Preparatory Committee meeting for the 31st Session of the Joint Jordanian-Egyptian Higher Committee.

The meeting will be under the chairmanship of the two countries’ prime ministers, according to Petra news agency.

The committee held intensive sectoral meetings throughout the day as well as discussed cooperation mechanisms between the two countries in various sectors and fields.

These include bilateral cooperation, the trilateral framework involving Iraq, and the multilateral partnership involving Egypt, Jordan, the UAE, and Bahrain.
