The value of trade between Egypt and Hungary increased by 16.6 percent to reach, $229.8 million in the first eight months of the year, up from $ 197.1 million during the same period of 2022.
The Egyptian exports to Hungary rose to $62.4 million in the first eight months of 2023, compared to $51.8 million in the same period in 2022, according to data published by Central Agency for Public Mobilisation and Statistics (CAPMAS).
While, Hungarian exports to Egypt increased by $167.4 million, compared with $145.2 million during the same period in 2022, an increase of 15.3 percent, CAPMAS data further added.
