The Egyptian cabinet has officially approved the creation of an investment zone called Al Ahly Capital, which is affiliated with Al Ahly Industrial Development (ADI), according to a Cabinet statement on Wednesday.
The zone shall be established over an area of approximately two million square metres, at KM 28 on the Cairo-Alexandria desert road, within the industrial zone in Abu Rawash, Giza Governorate.
The project is aimed to accommodate medium and small industries, logistical and service facilities, commercial activities, and food security industries.
This project shall generate new employment opportunities and enable the growth of SMEs within industrial zones.
