Eighty more Thais will arrive back in Bangkok from strife-torn Cairo on Sunday.
The group will travel on a Singapore Airlines flight and arrive at Suvarnabhumi airport about 11.40am, Foreign Ministry deputy spokesman Jakkrit Srivali said.
They follow 11 Thais who arrived at the airport about 1.50pm Saturday, he added.
The Thai embassy in Cairo has warned Thais in Egypt to avoid travelling to 28 areas used as major rally sites.
According to the message posted on the embassy’s Facebook page on Saturday, Thais live in eight of the capital’s 28 violence-prone locations.
About 1,000 Thais have returned from Egypt since the violence erupted last week, and about 300, mostly labourers, remain in the country.
