Egypt’s Ministry of Finance has announced that it has sold today EGP 3 billion worth of treasury bonds with 3-and 7-year maturities.
The Ministry further said the first offering 3-year t-bonds are worth EGP 1.5 billion, as it has been covered 2.76 times recording an average interest rate of 12.05 %, while the highest is 12.10 % and the lowest is 12 %.
For the second offering, the 7-year treasury bonds were at value of EGP 1.5 billion, it has been covered 2.11 times, registering an average interest rate of 13.331% , while the highest is 13.45% and the lowest is 13.1%.
