Head of African sector at Arab Contractors (AC) Company Ashraf Rateb revealed that the company is competing with a number of multinational companies for implementing the submitted water plants in the African market during the current period worth EGP77 million.
In statements to Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday, Rateb asserted that the first project includes establishing water plant in Addis Ababa- Ethiopia with US$47 million cost, the second project includes implementing another project so as to launch water plant in Sierra Leone with US$30 million investment cost.
AC competes for these projects with 8 foreign firms working in the African market in addition to competing for housing and road projects in Africa, Rateb added.
