The Petroleum Projects & Technical Consultations Co- Petrojet is planning to boost its revenues to 6 billion Egyptian pounds (US$777 million) in 2015, Chairman Mohamed Shemy said Sunday.
Petrojet will achieve the planned hike in revenues through increasing the number of petroleum and developmental projects that the company executes locally and globally, the Chairman told Amwal Al Ghad.
Shemy said Petroject’s revenues in 2014 had reached 5.9 billion pounds, making a 26% increase compared to 2013.
Petrojet’s external revenues represented 32% of the group’s total revenues in 2014.
The increase in firm’s revenues within the last period was due to the winning of a number of international oil bids in a number of Arab states, Shemy added.
Moreover, Shemy added that Petrojet is currently implementing several projects, including establishing seven warehouses for Suez Power Plant, a warehouse to store fuel in eastern Canal in addition to a number of developmental projects.
