Egyptian leading construction firm, Arab Contractors is currently studying the Djibouti real estate market ahead of starting carrying out projects there in the coming phase, the company’s official said Thursday.
Ibrahim Mabrouk – Head of Africa Sector at Arab Contractors – has told Amwal Al Ghad Thursday that his company had sent a delegation to Djibouti to study the real estate market, work environment, and financing mechanization on which infrastructure companies depend. In addition, the company’s delegation also aimed to get to know the foreign companies operating in the country.
AC is currently implementing a group of road projects in the African countries that capture 70 percent of the company’s total contracts in the continent.
