Piraeus Bank Egypt Raises Capital To EGP 1.4 Bln

Piraeus Bank Egypt will increase issued capital by EGP 225 million, to register EGP 1.463 billion, up from EGP 1.238 billion, through the issuance of 14.439 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 15.58 per share.

The existing shareholders have the right to subscribe in 18.17 % of their quota in capital before increase.

It is worth mentioning that subscription will be opened on 9th May 2012 till 10th June 2012.
