A state of stillness and anticipation prevailed in many electoral polls in Maadi in Cairo as there is low turnout of voters on the electoral polls in the first hours of the first day of presidential elections.
Amwal Al Gahd’s reporter said that the security situation is stable. Most voters are of youths and there are a few number of female voters.
The electoral campaigners of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Mohamed Morsi violated the election silence through campaigning for their candidate in front of the polls. However, security officers are foiling their attempts to urge people to vote for their candidate.
