Egypt-based property developer, Tatweer Misr has put out the construction of 600 units in Il Monte Galala phase I to tender, its managing director, Ahmed Shalaby said Tuesday.
15 companies have already bought the term of reference, in addition, the company would assign the construction works of the project during September 2016, Shalaby added.
Situated over 2.2 million sqm of the Galala Mountain in Ain Sokhna, the development will offer distinctive zones that focus on providing unique leisure and entertainment experiences yet to be offered in Egypt.
The project is with total investments estimated at 8 billion Egyptian pounds (US$1.02 billion) to build 5 thousand units.
The fisrt phase will include implementing 1600 residential and hotel units in addition to building commercial and touristic projects, to be delivered by the beginning of 2019.
