Egypt’s Hometown Real Estate Development Company says it has launched its latest mini compound flagship, Hometown 3 in Fifth Settlement district in New Cairo.
The project is with investments estimated at 40 million Egyptian pounds ($2.2 million).
Ahmed Gamal, Hometown Co.’s managing director, said Monday that Hometown 3 will be established over 3,400 square metres, as part of the county’s Beit Al Watan, a project that allows Egyptian expatriates to own lands in their homeland.
“The flagship is to include four buildings,” Gamal stated, adding that these buildings will encompass around 40 housing units at spaces ranging between 120 square metres and 250 square metres.
The Egyptian official further referred that the built-up area of Hometown 3 will represent 50 percent of the whole project.
