Cairo Court Adjourns Rashid’s Grievance Till Next Oct.

North Cairo Court, headed by Judge Mahmoud Al Rashidy, adjourned the grievance submitted by the Rashid Mohamed Rashid, the former minister of trade who is at large, till next session on October 6 to implement the previous decision of submitting document. The grievance is against the decision of Illicit Gains Authority of reserving the former minister’s money and property.

The Illicit Gains Authority decided to keep Rashid’s money due to the reports and investigations of control authorities. The decision included keeping all his liquidity funds, and housing properties.
