Akam posts $115mn contractual sales from Egypt new capital’s housing compound
Egyptian Akam Developments achieved contractual sales of 2 billion Egyptian pounds ($ 115million) from Scenario project at the seventh residential district in the country’s new capital until the end of 2018 according Mohamed Amer AKAM Development’s Sales Director.
The company seeks total contractual sales of 4.5 billion pounds for the project, Amer added.
Amer told Amwal Al Ghad Scenario residential project’s first and second phase have been promoted. In addition, the company has started marketing the third phase of the total four phases of the sale.
The project is spanning over 39 feddans and will include 1,200 housing homes varying between apartments and duplexes, with spaces ranging between 136 and 465 square metres for each unit.
On the other hand, Amer added that his company seeks to obtain a piece of land of four feddans at the Green River district in the New Administrative capital.
It has already gotten a new land plot in the New Capital to carry out an integrated residential project.
