Egyptian electronics and home appliances maker, El-Araby Group seeks to export 40 percent of its production by 2022, vice president Ibrahim El Araby said on Wednesday.
El Araby further told Amwal Al Ghad that the volume of exports currently capture 15 percent of the total volume of production with plans to increase the numbers in the coming period.
The company is exporting to 24 Arab and African countries, and it aims that its products would reach 50 markets by 2020, he said.
In addition, the company is set to open three new factories within the current year, one for cookers in Qalyub and the two others for washing machines and ceiling fans in Beni Suef’s industrial zone.
