SODIC sees 150 billion Egyptian pounds in 10-year sales
Egypt’s real estate developer SODIC said on Sunday it expects sales up to around 150 billion Egyptian pounds ($9.2 million) within the next ten years.
Around 50 billion pounds in 10-year sales the company expected to generate from its projects at the extension of Sheikh Zayed City, at the outskirts of Cairo.
The investment costs of these projects are around 34 billion pounds.
