Egypt’s property developer Abraj Misr says it is studying executing a new residential project in partnership with a number of local and Gulf investors.
The project is set to be built in Sheikh Zayed City, at the outskirts of Cairo, on a space of 1.5 million square metres.
Abraj Misr hopes to launch the project within 2017, its chairman Aly Rabie said Sunday.
Moreover, Rabie added that the Egyptian market is still attracting the foreign investment.
