Al Ahly to execute 200 villas in Odyssia New Cairo’s phase I next Oct.
Egyptian Al Ahly for Real Estate Development- Sabbour says it is planning to execute 200 villas in the first phase of its project, The City of Odyssia Compound in Mostakbal City, New Cairo within next October.
With investments worth 35 billion Egyptian pounds ($2 billion), the project will be developed in partnership with El Mostakbal for Urban Development over 600 feddans in a timeframe of eight years, said Al Ahly’s chairman Hussein Sabbour on Saturday.
Al Ahly is responsible for implementing the project’s engineering designs and selling the units, while El Mostakbal is set to attain a percentage of sales for providing the land plot, Sabbour told Amwal Al Ghad.
“We have mandated one of the architectural offices that is specialised in engineering consultancies and designs from the United States to execute The City of Odyssia’s designs,” he said.
